Hello lovely peeps, I can’t quite believe that we are a few days away from Christmas and the end of 2018 is fast approaching. What a year it’s been.

I for one am hugely grateful for all the experiences i’ve had this year, the highs and the even lows, all of them have woven together into a very rich tapestry that I know will keep feeding my inspiration for many moons to come.

This was the year that my book finally made it into the world and i’m hugely grateful for the dream team of creatives who have supported me in making that possible and for all of you who have supported in buying a copy - thank you it means so much. As always it’s the people who stand out in my heart and mind as I look back. The incredible clients i’ve been able to work with, the wonderful collaborations with kindred spirits and the friends old and new that i’ve been lucky enough to spend time with.

Most of the year i’m very focused on being in the present moment so I actually enjoy taking a little time as the year draws to a close to look back

Either now or in that quiet time after the winter solstice and before 12th night is a perfect time for reflection. If you’d like a simple guided process to review your year past you can find one here. It’s a lovely opportunity to do a little treasure hunting and seek out those nuggets of things you’d like to learn from or remember.

I’ll sign off for now and wish you a truly magical festive season and a peaceful welcoming of 2019.

With love
