A Manifesto for the Empowered Entrepreneur

Wow this September is flying by! I'm trying to ride that whoosh of autumn energy and not get too carried away but I won't lie, it's tricky. So many ideas, so many choices, so easy to get overwhelmed. Thank the universe I have my daily practices and my 'stay-focused-on-this' list to keep my feet on the ground.

When I need to maintain priorities, it helps me no end to have a little reminder of what sits at the heart of empowered work. I’m so grateful that I have The EE manifesto to come back to in those giddy moments when I'm not sure which was is up.

I know if I follow these principles it is the way to empowered working, to finding my flow, to maintaining alignment with what’s most important to me and ultimatly, to joy in my work.

Although I wrote it quite a few years ago, I think it still stands and, to this day, I’m not sure there’s anything I’d add (but do let me know if you disagree?!).

I find it helpful to notice which element I’m drawn to and reflect on why that has caught my eye, it often just nudges me back to what I need to pay attention to most.
